We're going to v4r4 shortly, and now I realize I have something to look
forward to. <g>

Under v2r3 we copied some of the manuals to source members and viewed them
with SEU.  BookManager beats that, too.  

I know this is everyone's favorite rant (second to list mining) but the
documentation is quite close to my wallet, in the sense that my livelihood
depends on it, and I would love to see it in a consistent easily searchable
format.
