And always test your site using MS IE and Netscape.  
MS IE is more tolerant of the errors introduced by 
FrontPage.  For example, HTML has begin and end tags.  
Front Page commonly forgets the end tags.

I would stay away from FrontPage.  I would suggest DreamWeaver.
