Eric,

Your CPYSPLF should have specified CTLCHAR(*FCFC)....

Then, to print from the physical file,
1) you issue an OVRPRTF to QSYSPRT indicating CTLCHAR(*FCFC)
2) CPYF your physical file to QSYSPRT
