  Yes it will. They will be configured as PPP dial in lines and you will be 
using
Windoze dial-up-networking to dial in to them.

  These will perform DRAMATICALLY better than the 6141 stuff could ever hope,
require no special cables, and as mentioned support PPP rather than SNA.
