That's U.S. Naval Official Time.    Make it a book mark and you'll have 
the time at anytime you like. 

Or, use OS/2 and install nistime on your PC and then everytime you dial 
the internet Nistime will get the correct time and adjust your PC's time, 
all automatically. 

Simon and I started messing around with a clock setting program for the 
AS/400 but he got busy and I ran out of brain so it didn't happen.

This has been a common problem from time immemorial.

What I do is call the time-of-day service from the phone company every six 

months.  Even then when you anticipate what the lady is going to say, and 
enter the next value waiting for the "beep", you have an issue of how busy 

your system is, and will that cause another delay.
