Well, let me add a **constructive** comment to this discourse.

Copying keyed files is still slower, but there is a workaround to it. If
you specify the FRMRCDS as 1 and the TORCDS as 999999999, (or whatever the
max. is, 2,147,483,646, I think, ) copying is done by RRN, and it is as if
copying a file with no keys at all. So keying a file does not pose a speed
disadvantage with CPYF if you copy by RRN.
