Mark,

CA Express is free.  The two parts that you may be interested in however
are not free.  The terminal emulation portion is chargable either by
processor or user, as is the file transfer portion.  OPS Nav, and the other
portions of Client Access Express are shipped with the OS/400 media and
either is already on the system or can be loaded from the CD.  You may also
have recieved a separate CD with CA express on it.  It will connect to a
back version of the OS however the OPS Nav feature function may not be
correct.  Terminal emulation is backward compatable (sort of).
