Hi Steve, The ILE Concepts is a good starting point. Also check out the RPG Red Book "Who Knew You Could Do That with RPG IV?" (sorry, don't have the web site to hand), or, if you feel like parting with a few dollars, you could try "Re-Engineering RPG Legacy Applications" by..............uh...........me ;-) (available through midrange.com).
