QTCPTMM Directory in IFS

     We're having SMTP problems on our 640. We're trying to install 
     Gumbo SpoolMail and keep getting a file access error when sending 
     via SMTP. It appears that the system is looking for 
     /QTCPTMM/ATTABOX/JWnnnnnn.ENV, which does not exist on the system. 
     In fact, QTCPTMM is not even there on this box (found on all 
     others). Is this directory created for a specific licensed program? 
     Any ideas how we can resolve this?
