DSPFD *MBRLIST will get you what you want.  If you add the statements 
programmatically, you do not need to update the source statement numbers, 
because SEU will update them automatically on the next open.  (This 
statement is true assuming that the source members were not keyed.  Source 
files were only keyed prior to CPF release 2.0.
