Quite possible. I recently started a job in a (rather large) NT shop. They 
do know what they're doing, and In the 2 weeks I've been there, the only 
server crashes I've heard about have been caused by hardware failure. I 
came from a Novell shop that was a LOT smaller, and the servers there 
crashed with disgusting regularity. Interestingly though, we are running 
DNS and WINS is disabled. I understand that WINS is a really weak link.
