This is a general failure message.  Check event log for more details.

Also check configuration:

        netid (dspneta)
        sysname = local ctrl point (dspneta)
        5150 device at twinax addr 0-6 that you chose or qautocfg=yes
        cable good

I don't think attachmate makes a twinax card so it is probably either Perle
Affinity, BOS, or I/O.
