as400 as exchange server -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi all,

We're right now using MS exchange server on winNT for our center , and we
even have the AS/400 with V4R4Mo model S10, in this centre.

As we all know that  microsoft S/W is not that much reliable software, I
have some plans to make this AS/400 as our exchange server , is it possible
to have this AS/400 as exchange server, if so, what S/W I should  have on
this AS/400 and how do I start(make it).

Can someone give me some valuable suggestion on this, any help is welcome.
