To use PGP for commercial non-personal use requires that you buy a licensed copy otherwise you're in violation of the terms of use and are technically using it illegally. I don't think a port of the public code to the AS/400 would be considered "non-commercial, personal use". PGP is now owned by Network Associates who haven't been too helpful to us in getting our port approved. Maybe a few more words of interest from potential customers might get them to look at the 400 seriously.
