Ed,

Personally, I advise clients NOT to mix and match hardware (core, DASD,
etc) on the CPU.  Leads to too much problem potential....and too much
finger pointing and you just don't want those kinda headaches.

Now, I WILL mix and match CRT's, printers, etc....hell, if one goes toes
up, its only one device, NOT the whole enchillata...:)
