We are looking to download a list of exchanges.  And
hopefully it will be able to list which ones are local
calls from a specified areacode and exchange.  For
example from 219-347-#### I can dial the following local
exchanges:  347, 349, 430, 897 and 343.  I am making a
program to convert a given number in the format to dial
out.  I would incorporate such a table if it exists.
