Sorry I'm a little late with this, but I have seen the Help System's product Robot/ALERT run without any real problems. I know of a couple companies that have been running it for years, and still are. They are using the text pagers, and having AS/400's page them with "urgent" messages. I understand the price can be higher than many other packages, but the interface is pretty intuitive. A program to monitor message queues for certain qualifications, would have to be composed (otherwise you get paged with every message in the queue, or find some other queue other than QSYSOPR to watch). Check out their website for ALERT: http://www.helpsystems.com/products/alert.html Good luck, Tim Hamm Arbor Solutions, Inc --- "Lemen, George (Contractor)" <george.lemen@weyerhaeuser.com> wrote: > Rob -- > We have had MessengerPlus (from Bytware) installed > for years.
