Where is online copy of 'System API Reference-OS/400 Object APIs'?

I have an older copy on CD.
Version 4 
Document Number SC41-5865-02

My problem is the Retrieve Data Queue Description (QMHQRDQD) API.  On a remote 
data queue I am trying to find out the name of the remote system.
