 With system value QFRCCVNRST = 0 you are telling the system not to convert
objects from CISC to RISC on the restore.
 When you restore objects from a V3R2 system they are in CISC format. The
first time the objects are touched they are converted to RISC format (I'll
be there are messages about "....covering to 64-bit RISC...." showing up
when the objects are first used).
 If you want to avoid the hit, force the object conversion on the restore
when you reload objects from the V3R2 tapes or save file. The restore will
take longer but your users will not see the hit.
