When restoring programs compiled and saved at V3R2 to a system running
either V4R3/V4R4 from a save file, the system suffers from performance issues.
There are 4/5 LDFXxx system tasks running, with each taking around 20% of the
systems
CPU. The QFRCCVNRST system value is set to '0' and the FRCOBJCVN parameter is
set to *SYSVAL. When the objects are saved at V4R3/V4R4, the LDFXxx jobs are
present but only use a minimal
amount of CPU. Can anyone tell me what these tasks are doing? I seem to remember
having the same problem
a few years back but have forgotten.

Thanks

Viv
