I haven't seen it yet but that doesn't mean much. I guess questions I would be asking... #1 What Lan adapter is on the 400? #2 What speed 10, 100 etc? #3 How pages print before you get an error, not how many the report has? #4 If you send the same report twice, does it stop ruffly in the same spot? #5 The implys the lan adapter had a problem, but have you changed the LEXMARK out just for giggles? #6 If you have HW maint contract has IBM or whoever replaced the 400 Lan card? #7 Have you or IBM looked at Licensed Internal Code log in SST around the time of the error? #8 Has IBM Looked at the adapter via SST functions to see what its lic is doing?
