Nelson, : Do you have to use ILE/C to use the DSM API's or is it just easier? No to the first part, and IMHO (because I use ILE/C daily, as opposed to infrequently for ILE/RPG) yes to the second part. : Do you have a set of procedures that "wrapper" the API's? This is one of the reasons I tend to not use ILE/RPG, before you can use some things, you have to create the procedure prototypes.
