 I'd expect the AS/400 to call the exit program as it creates the datastream
to send out. Conceptually, the same place the existing exit is called by the
spool writer when printing to a "local" AS/400 device. ("Local" in this case
simply means a printer device description exists on the AS/400. In the case
of LPR there is no corresponding AS/400 device description.)
 If you'd like, we can discuss off-line.
