Did the second program issue a release device before returning to the first program?  I remember that you can do that with an output spec (R in pos 15?)

I'm at a client using the *M36.  I created an inquiry program that I'm
calling.  Both are WORKSTN programs.

When returning to the original program and an attempt is made to output a
screen format an error is received (SYS-1301 or 1304?)

 What are the limitations?

I made it work by putting the called program's screen format into the
first program's screens.  Is there any way around this?  TIA.
