Deb,

It looks like when service director is trying to call home to send config
info, it cannot dial out or make a connection to do so.  There are many
reasons why this could happen:

1.) Incorrect phone # being dialed
2.) Phone line goes through phone switch and a '9' needs to be dialed to get
an outside line.
3.) Physical phone line has been disconnected.
4.) No LIND found.
5.) Wrong resource name specified in the LIND.

In terms of calling IBM, you probably do not need to do so.  The job
QSDSNDCFG is just calling home with config info.
