I have Comcast(@Home) and Motorola Cybersurfr for my cable modem. When they
installed it 3 years ago, they sent two guys to do the install. The first
guy, who actually ran the cable to where it was being installed, was the
typical cable guy(work boots, tool belt, plumber's crack,etc...). The second
guy looked like he was barely out of high school, wearing jeans and sneakers
and a T-shirt. He just installed the software on the PC. The second guy was
very impressed with all the equipment I had(at the time, 2 PC's, a laptop, a
B10, and a 150, all networked together).

Tech support from Comcast has been pretty good, the few times I've needed
it. They recently replaced the cable modem when I had some intermittent
service outages, but they refuse to give me an IP for the 150, so I can do
testing and demos from remote sites.
