Facsimile/400 user messages -- MIDRANGE-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Anyone know how to turn off the messages going to the users?  My users
are complaining about the constant messages popping up on their
workstations.
The " Completion Acknowledgement  Send message:" is 2=NO already on the
fax profile for a particular user, but the messages continue to pop up.
This particular user sends 200 faxes at a time daily to very busy fax
machines...5 retries * 200 = a lot of messages...
