validity checker program -- MIDRANGE-L

Hello All,

I want to restrict the CHGJOB-command.
For this I have looked at the archive and found a tip to use a validity checker
program, but I also read, that it is difficult to handle all the parms.

I have never before wrote a validity checker-program and in the books I found
nothing that would help me.

Can anyone help ?
