Brian -- I do this using SQL Server in the Windows world. Let me just encourage you that this is THE way to do things, i.e. using "scripts" to create "things". Tables, Controller Descriptions, Line Descriptions, Device Descriptions ... ALL of these things should be created using scripts. Why? Makes it possible to _exactly_ re-create the "thing". If anyone has experience doing this sort of thing. I would like to hear about the "Got-ya's" ahead of time. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
