Most of which is binary data embedded between tags in the XML data that has
to be x-lated between ASCII/EBCDIC machines.  Similar to sending graphics.

20k of binary data in a form instead of saying where the FTP server is and
where I can pick up the data?  Doesn't make sense to anyone but VANs who get
paid per k.
