So I guess the question I still have > is how can an APP override the WSCST which is part of the HostPrintTransform >function?? Is this app always printing to the "same" printer that uses HPT ??? HPT is controlled at the device level, so override is unlikely. About the only way they could overide the option is change the device description, but that's highly unlikely. An OVRPRTF does not appear to have an override to HPT or wscst, so I don't really understand how the app could be doing it... Try following the job using option 5 on wrkusrjob and see if you can see if any ovrprtf are occurring. Make the CLP log the job in detail and you might glean a little more information. This on again off again seems a little strange.. Is it always the "same" app that does this ?? +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
