We get really risky.  We run our RCLSTG prior to our complete save.  
Why?  Because we got tired of the complete save blowing up because of 
damaged objects.  Happens TOO dang often.

You should not need to run a full RCLSTG unless you have an abnormal 
termination of OS/400.
