Al, 

more or less this is correct, but there are times when you get abended
tasks/sbs's, etc., in the course of "life on the 400" that tend to leave
little bits of trash and after a while, it's a bigger pile of trash.  So,
even though your 400's been purring right along, it doesn't hurt to sched
a RCLSTG just to let it take out the trash, if nothing else...  Also, it
forces a general sniff around to make sure things are all in sync.

Hell, if it were a perfect world we wouldn't need PC's..uh PTF's..:)  (Got
to get that S/38 outta my mind...:)
