Many sites here on the East coast are shut down because of the snow.  Power 
has been out in many areas for several days, and a lot of the phone switches 
are out due to the fact that their batteries have failed.  Data _MAY_ be 
maintained, but delivery is uncertain depending upon who your ISP depends 
upon for mail distribution for the next couple of days -- at LEAST...
