You may, I don't like to label all groups. But you'd be surprised if you're not up on how the stuff works how everything they spew out of their mouths is accepted as the truth. Does that make sense? Never ask a question you don't know the answer to applies to more than one area. I strongly advise that at least a couple of your programmers are train in HTML, Javascript, CGI programming, just so they know what the group you choose is saying. Otherwise you will just be working even harder to fix the inconsitancies brought on but the outsourced group. Not to mention you will be increasing the value of your current full time employees. There are probably some that would jump at the chance. Some say that they don't have the time to learn. Well, I think it's the opposite. You can't afford NOT to learn. It's like a transmission mechanic taking his car to another mechanic to work on the carburators. The first mechanic could probably do it, and knows what goes on, but the second mechanic specializes in carbs.
