When you talk about the sun it shines (Danish saying).

A tread a few days ago was about last IPL date/time. I pointed out that
job(QSYS/000000/SCPF) was one that was started at IPL. It's
actually that job that do the CLRLIB(QRPLOBJ).

Anyway, I find it a sometime useful policy to use QRPLOBJ (and a compagnion
OLDOBJLIB) in the same way as WIN's garbage bin. Very
easy implemented: Commands with REPLACE(*YES) does it automatically. Homebrewn
commands for Discard object/discard member (creating
new object names in QRPLOBJ), a MOVE *ALL to OLDOBJLIB at PWRDWNSYS and a
DLTOLDOBJ to run daily on QRPLOBJ and OLDOBJLIB.
