My current take is that for V4R3, you need the CUM PTFs and the Y2K 
PTFs.  If you are using a tape management system (eg:  BRMS) you need the 
save/restore PTFs.

Ditto this advise for V4R4, however in 4.4, you also need the database 
group PTFs.
