There is an IBM API named QtmmSendMail. You format a MIME message, put it in the IFS file system and call the API. You can put in the recipient, sender, and reply-to any way you want. I think there have been code examples contributed on the News/400 web site (http://www.news400.com). There are also products that do this. Net400 (a partner company) has one called NetSend. It's cheap and robust. http://www.net400.com will get you information.
