RE: New AS-400 Administrator

It isn't difficult to add a workstation entry to subsystem QCTL and sign on
that way too. Then QINTER can be down.

To connect to a remote system when QINTER isn't active:

STRPASTHR RMTLOCNAME(RMTSYS) VRTDEV(DEVICENAME)

Where DEVICENAME is equal to a device name specified as a WSE in subsystem
QCTL.
