Celestica started out as a spin-off of the IBM Toronto plant,
which occupies the same parcel of land as the Toronto Lab.
Since the lab had already long since outgrown its building,
and had already been thinking about moving for some time, I
suppose it made sense to include it in the sale to Celestica.
