Good idea Bob.  Maybe I'll check it out sometime.  However 
it is a system task and not a job.  You will not see it on 
WRKACTJOB.  You'll only see it on WRKSYSACT.  This may make 
a difference.  However, it may be buried so deep in the 
system that any attempts to monkey with it could affect your 
system somehow.  Fr'instance.  If it counts interactive jobs, 
then maybe all interactive jobs kinda route through it.  
Therefore if you damage it...

Hmmmm....
If it consumes cycles only, could there be a back-door way to turn it off?
Give it an invalid routing entry for example?
