Not only should programmers help write these types of things, but when they are there, they should also point people to the right direction. The AS/400 community seems to have a "I'd rather do it myself" type of attitude than point someone to a place where things already exist. That makes me think the best upgrade to Office 2000 is the ability to have multiple clipboards. Then I can just have 20 responses set it them for when I answer the same questions over and over on comp.sys.ibm.as400.misc... hehehe..
