Hi all,
We have a couple of users with a cognos reporting package, that fetches data
from the 400 vie ODBC.
The problem arises when the user's pc crashes, which leaves the pre-start
job on the 400 spinning away at about 40% cpu until i notice and kill it.
Is there any way to configure odbc to 'sense' a dropped connection (like
with telnet) to automatically end the prestart job?
