Adding the command "strhostsvr *database *tcp" should resolve this.

It's probably something to do with subsystem QSERVER.

Run a CWBPING from DOS to assess the status of the Client access components
- it will tel you which services are available.

Then check subsystem QSERVER - you may find it hasn't ended probably, or
hasn't started.

STRSBS QSERVER and check that a couple (4 ?) jobs start up - they are
auto-start jobs I think. You may need to do a STRHOSTSVR *DATABASE, I'm not
sure.
