We have a custom Startup program which is basically QSTRUP with some extra "stuff". When I run QEZBACKUP, I end most subsystems. Seems to me the simplest way to get everything running again is CALL STARTUP. However, after doing this, I cannot download files using Client Access. An IPL will, of course, fix it. But I really don't want to IPL every day.
