Hi, I have a question for all of you. Our District has just finished
implementing Zenworks as our remote management software. It really does
work great on almost everything. I had to utilize it a few times this
past week, and I found that using it as remote control for 80% of the
Client Access display sessions does not work. I am unable to type a
command on the command line, but it will register the "enter" key. This I
know because it will show the message, "Please enter command or
option" just as if you pressed enter on your screen without typing
anything there. Upon a call to IBM, they state that it's a unsupported
item, and it might give unpredictable results. This I have found, cause
there PC's that it did work with. IBM states that it has something to do
with the keyboard drivers. We use the AS/400 as a separate box, not seen
on the network, and we have 8 Novell PC servers that run NDS. Anyone with
any information for me to have this work or to force it to work when I need
it would really be appreciated. The OS is 4.3 with the latest cum and I am
running 3.2 of Client Access - Not express. Thanks.
