*MBR worked on my system for DATE and TIME of both CREATE and CHANGE - V4r3.
After you got the messages, did you try them to outfiles and run a query? I
did and here's what I found.

See fields MBCCEN, MBEDAT, MBCTIM for creation, MBCHGC, MBCHGD, MBCHGT for
change, and MBUCEN, MBUDAT for last used.

*MBRLIST had no time for create, but had the rest.

See fields MLCCEN, MLCDAT for creation, MLCHGC, MLCHGD, MLCHGT for change,
and MLUCEN, MLUDAT for last used.

After you got the messages, did you try them to outfiles and run a query?
