Years ago, when recovering a client involved in the World Trade Center 
bombing, being unable to get a response from a major software vendor, I 
used Display/Alter to change a system serial number.  This got IBM really 
pissed off at me.  (Not as bad as when I said that V3R1 sucks, but 
almost.)  The bottom line is that I got my client's payroll to run on 
another machine.  (The WTC bombing occurred on the last day of February if 
I remember correctly.)
