Carl, 

Use the CHGAUT command to give user QTMHHTP1 authority to the documents.  It
will look something like this:

CHGAUT OBJ('/dir1/dir2/*') USER(QTMHHTP1) DTAAUT(*RWX) OBJAUT(*ALL) 

Don't change the user profile settings of user ids QTMHHT*.
