Try this: http://www.as400.ibm.com/periph/network.htm We are using the IBM netstations. An equivalent of TCP/IP terminals. - And more. Without the headaches of PC's to support. bparis@sorrlac.com on 01/03/2000 10:28:26 AM Please respond to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com@Internet To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com@Internet cc: Fax to: Subject: TCP/IP Terminals For AS/400 I have just been handed the job of setting up some of our remote sites with a couple terminals. These remote sites are connected to our frame, but don't have Perle controllers... so a 3477 on Twinax is out of the question. PC's running CA are out of the question too. The boss wants "something along the lines of thin client" and "as sturdy as a 3477". I'm really bummed out that he isn't allowing CA on PC's as I would love to get rid of some of these 486's we have laying around. These devices must communicate using TCP/IP. Help!
